One of the many support services offered by Any Baby Can is teacher and parent training. Our consultants have over 20 years of experience and expertise in the field of autism in the public or private school settings. They have performed valuable training nationally and internationally on classroom management, behavior, communication and cognitive development including academic support. We are happy to offer this service to you! We are able to customize trainings for school districts to assist classroom teachers servicing students in classrooms. Many of our workshops include “Make and Take” activity components so teachers leave with materials they can use immediately in their classrooms. The workshops are interactive and robust offering teachers practical and research supported strategies to address the needs of their students.

LEVELS OF LEARNING

Teachers support student learning by assisting the student through the Levels of Learning for each skill they learn.  Each level of learning prepares the student to demonstrate the skill at a high level of independence by using specific amounts of reinforcement and support.  Additionally, the staff to student ratio is prescribed at each level.  Use the chart below to assess your student’s level of independent skills.
